Pre baby I never worn trousers or jeans, now itโs just a lot easier to wear trousers and a top when chasing around after a little one! However jeans in this weather is just not happening, so I’ve turned to harem pants. Now harem pants and I had a brief fling around 3 years ago when I owned a couple of shorter pairs that I hardly ever wore and now I wish I’d kept them as they are SO comfortable and mean I donโt flash my pants chasing after Athena in a skirt! Admittedly, theyโre not as flattering as jeans, and Sam asked if I was leaving the house in PJโs the first time I wore them! The espadrilles keep my feet cooler than ballet pumps, and due to a nasty big toe nail incident my feet arenโt quite ready for flip flops yet! The gorgeous lilac satchel was a present from me to me, for surviving the first year of motherhood! In my defence it was reduced from ยฃ55 to ยฃ25 in the Brighton store (everything is reduced at the moment, I think they might be closing down!) so it would have been rude not to!
The gorgeous turquoise and pearl bracelet was sent to me by Your Fashion Jewellery, and is just perfect now I have a little bit of a tan too, itโs elasticated so no fiddling with clasps with one hand either!
