The Jungle Crew is by Madeleine Rogers (who is Brighton based, hurrah!) and takes you on a fun adventure through the Jungle, with bold and bright imagery and plenty to see. This is a book that will last for years to come, at the moment Athena is happy to look at the pictures and the colours but down the line there are some amazing paper figurines at the back to make and use when reading the book, and the dust covers are reversible so can be used as a back drop! A sturdy hardback cover with nice thick pages means it can withstand grabby little hands too, which is often not the case!
Athena loves to paw through the pages, pointing out the tiger and other animals. I love that the artwork is so bold and modern with plenty of things to seek out on each page.
There are also Safari and Polar adventures available in this series, perfect for future Birthdays and Christmases, or one each for a family of three children!
You can find more from Button Books here, and you can find the series on Amazon here. I am also pleased to be able to give away a copy of The Jungle Crew to one lucky reader too, get entering below!
