What Athena Wore: #FrugiFamily Sun Safe Set

Well the weather picked up just in time for our latest delivery from Frugi! It looks like we’ll be spending a lot of time at the local splash pad and then when the sea warms up a little on the beach itself! Athena has always been a water baby and would happily spend all day in water given half the chance. 

However I want to make sure that when she’s spending this much time outside in the sun running around that she’s protected from the sun. Frugi’s Sun Safe Set means I can just pop it on her and let her get on with it! The fabric is brilliantly stretchy so there’s nothing to restrict her fun but has SPF50 protection. Featuring a long sleeved rash vest and mid-length shorts in a fun floral and blue design, the set is easy to put on with no unnecessary zips etc.

The set is also available in a striped version with a pirate fish on, but this floral pattern is also available on a regular swim suit and a tankini set, so you could mix and match to your hearts content! I am really wanting to book a holiday somewhere warm at the end of the year, and this would be the perfect to protect Athena from extra strong rays on a lovely hot island somewhere… but hey if that doesn’t happen then the South Coast generally sees enough sun!
