A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Bon Prix to see if I fancied styling up some items from their Wedding guest shop. A website that is absolutely new to me, so I had no idea what to expect when I started browsing but was surprised to find more than a few dresses that caught my eye. I will admit that this dress is a little on the plain side for a wedding guest, but plain means you can style it up or down, wear it for other occasions and for me the wrap front was perfect as I’m breastfeeding. Most nursing dresses come with a hefty price tag but this one has a purse pleasing price tag of just £19.99! It comes in a coral colour too but I knew i’d find that hard to accessorise! I love the bow detail at the waist, the slightly draped cap shoulders (so forgiving on the upper arms) and the fact that it has pockets!
I chose a multi strand pearl necklace and some beaded stacking bracelets in different tones to go with the dress, then added my trusty light pink waterfall cardigan that I have had for about six years now and have worn to every wedding I’ve been to since I got it, apart from my own of course! I’m also having to wear black tights because I have a bruise the size of a small country on my leg and no idea how it got there!
I also had a browse of the kids and the mens sections and found things to suit all the family, even Arlo as they do baby clothes! So thanks to Bon Prix for a potential wedding guest outfit, and the introduction to a new website to spend my maternity money on!
I was given credit to spend on Bon Prix for the purpose of this blog post, all words and opinions my own.
I have never heard of Bon Prix but you look awesome! I have a christening coming up and something similar would look great, love the shoes x
