A very short post for ‘What Athena Wore’ this week as I am cuddling up with a poorly poxy Arlo (knew he’d catch it eventually!) but I wanted to share Athena’s super cute outfit from Fathers Day. We had a glorious day out at Amberley Heritage Museum for their ‘Dads do too’ event where Sam got to throw a pot on a pottery wheel, drive a steam train and make a wooden egg cup and light cord-pull. He was in his element and the kids loved going on the little steam train, the vintage bus and on the horse and carriage ride.
White gypsy blouse: George at Asda (Not sure if it is this season or not as my mum gave them to her and she tends to hoard things from previous sales etc)
Shorts: Next (via an ebay bundle!)
Shoes: Baby Birkenstocks
Sadly Poor Athena tripped or fell over at least three times during the day, a combination of excitement/growing/being a bit tired and fighting off a bug, so she now has very bruised and grazed knees, poor thing! She’s a trooper though and she just gets back up and carries on! 
You can’t see but I am wearing the same style of Birks’, and have actually got a very similar top to Athenas but it’s all light blue, but thought i’d save the really twinny outfit for later in the summer!

I had no idea you could buy baby birkenstocks! Saying that, everytime i buy them they rip my feet to shreads but they look super cool on Athena. The white blouse is lovely, great for a summery day #WeekendTotStyle #funkykidfriday
