Exploring Literary London with Kids

16th April 201710th February 2020
exploring literary london with kids

I adore London, always have and probably always will do and have written a few posts about visiting London in the past (hereΒ on the London Eye, and hereΒ on a river cruiseΒ most recently) though I don’t think I’d ever want to live there if I’m honest! The hustle and bustle is great for a few days… Read More

Marwell Zoo

11th April 201710th February 2020
Marwell zoo review

Visiting a Zoo was on our family Bucket list for this year, as Arlo had never been and Athena was only about 18 months when she went to London Zoo so doesn’t remember it. I absolutely love animals and could watch them all day every day so thought Marwell would be a great place to… Read More

Paultons Park – Peppa Pig World & The Lost Kingdom

7th April 201710th February 2020
Paultons Park Peppa Pig World

For Arlo’s birthday we spent the day at Paultons Family Theme Park, home of Peppa Pig World and both kids had a blast! It was a Friday so it wasn’t too busy at all, though the busiest area of the park was Peppa Pig World for sure, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen so… Read More

Five things to remember when travelling with kids

24th October 201610th February 2020

It goes without saying that travelling with kids is a very different experience to travelling without them – whether that’s with a partner, a friend or a group of friends. Before the kids were born, I became a Mum and parenting seemed to dominate everything, I remember being able to make spontaneous decisions about booking… Read More

Travel: Our Roadtrip & Vlog

26th September 201610th February 2020

The week before last week we went on a UK road trip… I hate the term ‘staycation’ but I guess that’s what it was! Six nights away from home, Β three individual nights in different hotels on the way up north and then 3 nights in a hotel in the village where my dad lives on… Read More

Travel: Four free family days out in Oxfordshire

16th September 201610th February 2020

Whilst I’m away on holiday I asked a few fellow bloggers if they’d share some ‘local loves’ – things they love to do in their area, and this post is from Helen, you can find out more about her at the end of this post! I feel incredibly lucky to live in Oxfordshire. There is… Read More

Travel: 5 things to do in Lewes

14th September 201610th February 2020

When people come to East Sussex, they often go straight to Brighton. It’s well known and there’s lots to do what with the beaches, museums and the sea life centre to name a few attractions.Β But just 15 miles, approximately 20 minutes up the road, is Lewes. A historic town with a bustling high street full… Read More
