In the past year or so I’ve become pretty enthusiastic about ‘going green’ where I can. Buying veg that’s not pre-packed (ideally from the weekly market, though we’ve just signed up to Riverford deliveries) reusing as much as we can and getting a larger recycling wheelie bin from the council to ensure we had space to recycle everything properly. We have reusable straws, have purchased glass food containers for cooking, storing and freezing bulk cooked…
Tots Bots have brought out another new collection of prints, and we’re lucky enough to be helping to unveil them! The Easyfit Star nappies are a one size fits most nappy, that can be used from birth to potty training. To the non-initiated the idea of a nappy coming out in a new print might seem a bit odd, but when you’re changing nappies anything to make you smile is a good thing, and TotsBots are…
It’s not often that two of your favourite brands join up and collaborate, and even less likely when one of those brands is TotsBots, who make the nappies that grace my boy’s bottom daily! However it has happened, TotsBots have joined forces with Joules, that quintessentially british brand to create a new print for their EasyfitStar nappy range and it doesn’t disappoint!
Arlo had the honour of testing out the newest nappy from TotsBots over the last few weeks, the EasyFit Star. We use the normal Easyfits during the day so the style of nappy was a familiar one, a convenient and easy to use one part nappy that is as close to a disposable as you can get!
So using cloth nappies saves you money, no doubt about that! However it is also quite easy to get a little bit obsessed with buying gorgeous nappies with lovely prints! People get as excited when TotsBots bring out a new print as they do when a band brings out a new single, I kid you not! It’s not hard to see why though really… Read more about cloth nappies: Preparing to use reusables | Cloth Nappy…
Arlo has now outgrown his Totsbots Teenyfit nappies so I thought I’d write an update on how we’re getting on with our cloth bum journey! Teenyfits are smaller versions of the Easy Fits and they’re designed to fit from 5lbs to around 12lbs, and adorably cute! Arlo wore his first cloth nappy at a day old, in the hospital. It was the gorgeous birthday print Teenyfit that Tots Bots very kindly sent us to celebrate…
I seem to have accidentally (but very happily!) become an advocate for using reusable nappies over the last few months and have been answering lots of questions from ‘real life’ friends, people in my facebook birth month group, a few on twitter and some on instagram too! I thought I should gather all the cloth nappy FAQs here in the hopes that they will help other people who have questions about cloth! I’m stupidly excited…
A couple of weeks ago you may have seen me post this video on instagram showcasing four new prints from Bambino Mio (I’ve popped it at the end of this post too!) The four new nappy prints are awesome! I think my favourite is Circus Time though even the little popcorn containers have ‘BM’ on them! The all in one nappies are designed to take your baby from birth to potty with the poppers at the…
